Why I created Dominance by Design
I've been building SaaS products for 20 years, both at large enterprises and in the startup trenches as a founder and CEO. At PTC I built products as a software engineer. These products sold across the globe for multi-million-dollar annual contracts. In 2018, I founded Baysil and built it from idea to a mid-market solution serving healthcare providers across Canada.
From what I've learned in this time, I know that building a successful product is very hard. And there is very little practical, execution focused support for founders in the idea stage. Even though what we do in the idea stage is what creates the foundation for a $100M company.
